Richard Carter

I'm an organisation psychologist, management educator and leadership development consultant with diverse experience as an executive, facilitator, coach, consultant and academic. My approach to building novel and sustainable management education and leadership development programmes is strongly informed by social cognitive theory and its core principle of the role of self-efficacy beliefs in behaviour change. As part of my work with Switch Education for Business, I work as a leadership coach and team/group facilitator and have coached on Wharton and Yale leadership programs. I also designed the MBA program for the Australian Institute of Management and facilitate the capstone Corporate Strategy and Responsibility unit.
